Dog welfare - it's really important
Dog welfare is the number one priority for all of our Dog Mentors. A working environment is a very different place for a dog so it's vitally important to ensure that it you understand how to make sure your dog is safe and happy in your environment.
The Dog Mentor is dedicated to ensuring the welfare of dogs, prioritising the provisions of the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the responsibilites dog owners and handlers have under it.

Our comprehensive assessments highlight your dog's personality and what you can do to ensure its happiness in dynamic environments like schools.
This is then incorporated into a detailed risk assessment with full controls and mitigations that is written specifically for our Dog Mentor teams to follow.
With years of experience, our programme has developed extensive expertise in protecting and nurturing your dog's well-being. We aim to share this knowledge with you, helping you to better understand and care for your dog.
