You may substitute one candidate for another at no charge
If no purchase order number is available, £100 deposit to be received prior to course (non-refundable)
Cancellations
A charge of 50% of the full course fee applies to cancellations made between 28 and 14 days prior to the training date
A charge of 100% of the full course fee applies to cancellations made within 14 days of the training date.
For cancellations made more than 28 days prior to the training date, a charge will be made to cover the costs of personalised materials (e.g., dog coat)
Postponements
You can postpone the date of the course without additional charge
In the case of postponements within 14 days of the course date, The Dog Mentor reserves the right to invoice the full cost of the course on the original date which will be due for payment 14 days from the date of invoice
All cancellations or postponements must be confirmed in writing
We reserve the right to change or cancel course dates at our discretion to meet resources availability and customer requirements without any liability to ourselves
